Today, noodles are often served in place of rice in a kaiseki meal.
These lessons will show you how to make soba and udon noodles from scratch. In addition, you will learn how to prepare a traditional dipping sauce for noodles.
Finally, you'll learn which condiments best complement noodle dishes.

Requirements to Pass:
- Attendance at least 75% of scheduled classes ( 1 day intensive course )
- Skill test grade, A or B
- Final test score, 80 or more
